These terms govern your use of QuillZap at quillzap.com. By creating an account or using the tools, you agree to them. Questions: [email protected].

Your account

You must give accurate information, use a real email address you control, and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. One person per account; disposable email addresses are not allowed.

Plans and limits

Free use is limited to the number of runs shown in the pricing section (currently 2 a day without an account and 10 a month with a free account). Free runs are limited per person and per network; creating extra accounts to get more free runs is not allowed, and we may suspend accounts that do. Credit packs are one-time purchases: credits are added to your account after payment, do not expire while the service runs, and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. Pro is billed monthly in advance through Stripe, includes the monthly number of runs shown on the pricing section, and can be cancelled at any time from "Manage billing", effective at the end of the paid month. Because runs are delivered immediately, used credits and past billing periods are not refundable, except where the law requires it. If something went wrong with a payment, email [email protected] and we will make it right. We may change prices with notice; changes never affect credits you already bought.

Acceptable use

Do not use QuillZap to create content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative, deceptive or that infringes others' rights; to send spam; to impersonate others; or to try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

Your content

You own the text you submit and the output generated for you, to the extent the law allows. You are responsible for reviewing output before you publish it, including checking facts and making sure it complies with platform rules and any disclosure requirements that apply to you. AI output can be inaccurate.

Availability

We work to keep QuillZap available but provide it "as is", without warranties of any kind. Features may change as the product develops.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuillZap is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it.

Ending use

You can stop using QuillZap and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may end or suspend access for breach of these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use QuillZap after changes means you accept them.
